1.  Authorized Sellers on Amazon.com  

Game Development Group®  (GDG Games®) and Amazon are the ONLY authorized sellers of GDG Games® branded products on Amazon.com. Thank you for making sure to purchase our products ONLY from an authorized seller to not only ensure product authenticity, but also to maintain all post-sales support and warranties, as may apply.

2. Rights Holder / Distribution

Game Development Group®  (GDG Games®) is the rights holder, brand owner, manufacturer and SOLE distributor of all of our trademarked protected products. 

3. Product Versions / Authenticity / Copyright 

Our products have been in the marketplace for over 20 years and any one product may have been substantially updated many times, having multiple previous product versions, regardless of packaging similarities. Hence, unauthorized resellers, marketing prior product versions from previous years (despite the same UPC code) on the Amazon.com/Online Retailer selling pages, are not offering the most current up-to-date copyrighted product. Furthermore, inauthentic products/parts have been offered by unauthorized sellers.  Please note, unauthorized sellers using our registered trademarks to market inauthentic products/parts on the Amazon/online listings are in violation of our intellectual property rights and we are proactively monitoring infringements (see #5 below).

4. Unauthorized Resellers / Post Sales Support

Any applicable warranties carry only if sold directly to the end user by an authorized reseller.  If a product is purchased from an unauthorized reseller, any and all applicable warranties will not apply and Game Development Group cannot guarantee product authenticity, quality, contents, product-age, safety and any/all aspects of a suspect product sold by an unauthorized reseller.  If in doubt, please inquire with us via our Contact Form to confirm if a seller is an authorized reseller.

5.  Active Intellectual Property Rights Monitoring

We take action against all suspected intellectual property violations through all channels, including but not limited to: test buys and reporting suspected IP violations for all claimed ‘new’ and ‘collectible’ listings.  Please take note, per Amazon policy, no ‘Toy’ category product may be listed as ‘used’, and further note that NONE of our product listings can be considered ‘collectible’ (no rare or unique product runs exist for the current listings). You cannot be assured of the authenticity of our products (whether ‘new’ or ‘collectible’) unless you source the product directly from us. Just because you 'think' a product is authentic does not mean it is. The product must be sourced through us directly in order to ensure AUTHENTICITY. We maintain a database of complaints of inauthentic products and parts for all ASINS and are actively monitoring our listings to ensure consumers receive 100% AUTHENTIC products. .
